Both partners are advised to attend appointments, this is not always possible but it is very important that both attend the first

consultation, a natural approach to fertility goes hand in hand with health, wellbeing and diet during

pre-conception.   Achieving the goal of conceiving is aided by a homeopathic approach,  

healthy ovulation and sperm production are required in order to get a healthy pregnancy and baby.

The Homeopathic Approach to Fertility

At the initial consultation we will discuss all physical and emotional conditions you may be experiencing now, or in the past.  Homeopathy treats the whole person, mentally, emotionally and physically.  Each person is individual, so it makes since that you receive remedies based on your individual symptoms.  It is important to discuss any diagnosed conditions and how these conditions have been treated in the past. eg PCOS, Ovarian Polyps, endometriosis etc.  The role of the tailored individual remedies is to help the body in the process of healing and repairing at EVERY level, mental, emotional and physical.

 

What to Expect

Women have reported a change in their menstrual cycle after 1 month, eg, less PMT, less painful period, reduction in clots etc. Needless to say along with this physical change comes positivity which is the mindset desired when trying to conceive.  It is also important to become aware of your general wellbeing while taking the remedies.  It can be beneficial to keep a record of how your are feeling on all levels. (mental, emotional and physical). 

 

How Long Will it Take?

The timeframe depends to a large extent on the level of health of you and or your partner at the beginning and of course how committed you are to living a healthy lifestyle (nutrition and exercise play an important role with regard to fertility). Ideally 4 - 6 months gives us an opportunity to obtain regular ovulation charting.  Your body will be healthier for pregnancy/birth/parenthood even if it takes longer.
